1. Scope of Services

We provide professional executive coaching sessions designed to enhance leadership skills, strategic decision-making, and personal development.

2. Executive Coaching Services

Our services include one-on-one coaching, group workshops, and customized programs. All sessions must be scheduled in advance. Payments for coaching services are due in full upon registration.

3. Info Products

We offer digital courses, e-books, and video training materials. Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access to the content via your LeadTopCoach.com account.

4. Physical Goods

We may offer branded materials, workbooks, and printed guides. These items will be shipped to the address you provide during checkout.

5. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may request a reschedule at least 48 hours before a session without penalty. Refunds for unused sessions are available if canceled at least 7 days in advance; refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days. If sessions are canceled less than 7 days before the scheduled date, no refunds will be issued, but rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

5.2 Info Products

We stand by the quality of our digital content. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact us using our contact form. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

5.3 Physical Goods

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Goods must be in original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, use our contact form. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

6. No-Refund Services

Certain premium or one-time intensive programs are non-refundable due to the exclusive nature of the content and resources allocated. These include retreat-style workshops and specialized assessments. Such no-refund terms will be clearly stated at the time of purchase and are final.
